supply systems are lost either due to illegal connections and\/or leaks. Water service expansion is commonly inadequate and does not reach those living in the peripheries and the inner most areas of urban centers. Our program enables water providers and communities to work hand in hand to mitigate the problem; we empower communities to participate in the safeguarding of their own waters, and train and equip staff on early detection, maintenance, and legal measures to protect water supply infrastructure.
