The Ministry of Health\u2019s Community Scorecard (CSC) is a community-led governance tool and action-oriented feedback process which brings primary health care facilities, local government and the community together to promote accountability &amp; responsiveness to citizen and community health needs. We will use gender transformative and social inclusion approaches in our programming, throughout all project
