Programme to build a skilled, digitally enabled and economically resilient community health workforce. By creating dignified employment opportunities for young people, particularly women, the programme also contributes to stronger, more equitable primary healthcare.<\/p><p>Led by Amref Health Africa in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation, the programme is implemented in five African countries: Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi and Burkina Faso. In Ethiopia, consortium partners include Healthy Entrepreneurs and Africa Frontline First through Last Mile Health.<\/p><p>The programme follows a Ministry of Health-led approach. It begins with a detailed assessment of the local context, followed by a human-centred design process to understand the needs, experiences and aspirations of community health workers and other stakeholders. These insights inform a comprehensive implementation plan, which then guides the programme\u2019s delivery phase.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
