With over 14 years of experience, he leads organizational monitoring, evaluation, research, and evidence generation while strengthening program quality and learning systems. He has conducted many researches and authored as lead and co-lead more than 40 peer-reviewed publications. Dr Muluken plays a key role in business development, strategic planning, and insight generation for Amref Health Africa. His prior roles include MEL Manager, Regional Program Manager at Amref Health Africa, and university lecturer.
