She brings extensive experience in management consulting, financial software and implementation programmes, and organisational and people development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before joining Amref, Bersabeh spent seven years with McKinsey &amp; Company, where she served as a Senior Professional Development Expert. She holds a Master\u2019s degree in Development Studies and a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Economics, both from Addis Ababa University, and is a certified expert in several software and technology-related fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In her role at Amref Health Africa in Ethiopia, Bersabeh serves as a strategic advisor to the Country Director and leads the coordination and execution of the country strategy roadmap.
