Moses, 21 years old, is a moran – a Samburu name given to young warriors between the ages of 12 and 25 – living in Wamba, Kenya which is home to the Samburu tribe. Morans play an important role in Samburu society. She is like many teen girls around the world: she enjoys school, loves to study Social Studies and English, and has dreams to be a doctor.
