Mr Francis Ekari M’mame has twelve years of experience as a legal practitioner, 7 years of which spent in corporate legal affairs, with significant experience in provision of legal advice to the business; corporate compliance review and advice; employment law compliance; company secretarial assurance; start-up and business advice; business planning; and agreements review. He is experienced in legislative drafting and legal research, with tracked legal consultancy work with the Malawi Parliament. He is the current Head of Legal services at the Auction Holdings Limited group where he has been working since 2013 after leaving the Malawi Law Commission where he had worked as an Assistant Law Reform Officer. He holds an MBA from ESAMI, a Post-Graduate certificate in legislative drafting from the University of Pretoria and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Malawi.
