Harold Kuchande has over 30 years’ experience in the HR Management & Development field. He holds a Master of Science ( MSc.) Degree in Human Resources Management from University of Manchester, United Kingdom, a Bachelor of Social Science Degree from Chancellor College, University of Malawi  and  a Post Graduate Diploma in the Management of Training Institutions from the International Training Centre for the ILO, Italy. He currently holds the post of MD and Head of Human Resources & Business Development  at Management Solutions Consulting (Malawi) Limited, a local private consulting outfit based in Lilongwe. He has previously served as an HR Advisor &  Cultural Change Management Specialist at FDH Financial Holdings during the FDH Bank and MSB merger, as a National Advisor and Institutional Development Expert at the Office of the President in Burundi, an Institutional Development and Human Resource Specialist at the  SADC Secretariat in Botswana, Senior HR Technical Advisor, DFID/Management Sciences for Health, Long-term TA & HR Specialist, Malawi Health SWAp 1, Principal HR Officer, ADB Abidjan, Principal HR Consultant Deloitte and Senior HR Management Development Consulant at MIM.

Currently, he is also Board Director and Chairman of the Appointments & Remuneration Committee of the FDH Bank in Malawi.
