Amref Health Africa in Malawi was established in 2012 in response to calls from the Ministry of Health to support its efforts in strengthening primary health care in Malawian communities.<\/p>

We currently reach over 1.2 million people annually across 12 districts, with offices in 8 districts. Amref Health Africa Malawi is registered as a local organisation with Malawi NGO board and Council for Non-Governmental Organisations (CONGOMA).<\/p>

The Malawi office is part of the bigger Amref Health Africa that was established in 1957 with its headquarters (HQ) in Kenya.<\/p>
