He worked for over 5 yrs as Public Health Specialist under CDC and then Program Manager under DOD\/WRAIR at the US Embassy in Tanzania and also for the Government of Tanzania as District Medical Officer for Kigoma DC for 6 years. Edwin has a strong background in health systems and program development, project management and a robust experience in financial and budgetary oversight.
