Eng. Aaron Mwiddu Kabirizi is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive expertise in water and environmental management. With a career spanning over three decades, he retired in April 2019 as the Director of the Directorate of Water Development (DWD) within Uganda\u2019s Ministry of Water and Environment, a position he held since October 2013.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During his tenure, Eng. Kabirizi was instrumental in advancing water supply coverage and enhancing sanitation services across the country. His commitment to sector coordination emphasized the integration of environmental considerations and climate resilience in developing sustainable water supply facilities.
