Amref Health Africa is proud to reaffirm its enduring partnership with the Ministry of Health (MoH) as a key collaborative partner for the upcoming Kenya Health Summit 2026, which has been scheduled to take place from 18th to 19th August 2026 at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC).
As a leading non-state actor in the health space, Amref Health Africa has a long-standing history of working closely with the Government of Kenya to advance priority health sector reforms and accelerate the realisation of Universal Health Coverage (UHC). The Kenya Health Summit 2026 represents a critical milestone in this shared journey, bringing together government leaders, development partners, the private sector, academia and civil society to shape the future of healthcare in the country.
To ensure the seamless execution of this high-level event, Amref Health Africa has been formally requested by the Ministry of Health to support resource mobilisation and financial management for the Summit.
In this capacity, Amref Health Africa is leveraging its robust, transparent and globally recognised institutional frameworks to receive, manage and disburse sponsorship and exhibition funds on behalf of the Summit Secretariat.
This collaborative arrangement is designed to facilitate efficient logistical preparations, foster seamless private sector engagement and guarantee the highest standards of fiduciary accountability in the utilisation of resources dedicated to the Summit's success. By pooling our technical and administrative strengths, the Ministry of Health and Amref Health Africa are working together to deliver a world-class event.
We extend our deepest appreciation to all sponsors, exhibitors and development partners who have already committed their support. We encourage all stakeholders to confidently continue channeling their contributions through the designated Amref Health Africa bank account, as outlined in the official communications from the Principal Secretary, State Department for Public Health and Professional Standards.
Together with the Ministry of Health, we look forward to a successful and impactful Summit that will drive actionable, sustainable solutions for Kenya's health sector.
