The Health Workforce Digital Transformation Advisor, under the leadership of the Director of the Institute of Capacity Development (ICD), will provide technical leadership in defining the digital transformation strategy for Amref’s Learning for Life (L4L) program, which focuses on building a resilient and responsive health workforce in Africa and is a part of ICD.
