THE CAMPAIGN

Primary Health Care is strongest when people’s voices shape how it works.

8M VOICES

Eight million people. Eight million experiences. One shared ambition: health for all.

Every year, Amref Health Africa in Kenya reaches over eight million people with essential health information and services. But eight million is more than a number. It is millions of people, families, health workers and communities, each with a story, an experience and a voice.

The 8 Million Voices for Primary Healthcare Campaign brings those voices to the forefront. From communities and frontline health workers to the people and partners strengthening health systems behind the scenes, the campaign shows what strong Primary Health Care looks like in everyday life and why it matters.

Through real stories, diverse voices and evidence from our programmes, we explore how Primary Health Care can bring quality services closer to people, strengthen health systems and accelerate Kenya's journey towards Universal Health Coverage (UHC).

Because UHC starts where people are: in our homes, communities and primary healthcare facilities.

🎥 Meet the voices. Hear their stories. Add yours.
