The toolkit was developed through collection of LSE content from existing curricular and toolkits being utilised by Counties. It was validated by adolescents, parents, religious leaders and County multi-sectorial teams to test acceptability and desirability. It is being implemented through prioritised community and non-school based channels in the four target Counties. A knowledge hub was developed and tested amongst the target educators to assess quality of delivery. Educators were trained and certified to reach the adolescents using the toolkit.
