Kenya’s shift to Primary Care Networks (PCNs) is more than a health reform; it is a structural transformation. In just four months, 93 Primary Care Networks (PCNs) have been established across 37 counties, bringing care closer to where people live and breaking down the silos between communities and health facilities.
