Dr. Tonny Kapsandui
I am a Medical doctor, public health leader and specialist with more than 10 years’ experience in Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health (RMNCAH); HIV/AIDS, Nutrition and Policy/Advocacy . I have served in positions of leadership, management, coordination and implementation of programs at community, district, national and international levels. I have experience in developing strategic documents, technical guidelines, as well as designing, coordination, implementation, monitoring and Evaluation of public health programs. I am a certified master trainer for FP, MNCH, Infection prevention and control. The experiences above have come with the privilege of working with the local government (Uganda’s ministry of health) and National and International Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs).
Currently, I am the Program Manager for Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health and Nutrition at Amref Health Africa, Uganda Country Office. This program currently reaches more than 50 districts in Uganda.
