Amref Health Africa in Zambia invites proposals from firms/individual consultants to conduct a baseline assessment for primary health care for the Malaria Elimination Project (PHC for ME). The project aims to strengthen Primary Health Care systems for improved diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and surveillance of malaria cases in Luapula, Muchinga and Northern Province.
