AMREF ENVOY TO SPOTLIGHT CRITICAL INTERSECTION BETWEEN HEALTH AND CLIMATE AT COP-28

The Amref special envoy will be central in setting the tone for the historic COP28 Health Day. The envoy will urge leaders to prioritize investment in adaptation and resilience solutions as a core component of the COP28 agenda. This is crucial to advancing equitable solutions, especially in countries with the lowest carbon emissions but the most severe climate-related health outcomes.
