Angelina is a business development executive with over 12 years of experience in the development and humanitarian industry. She has extensive experience and practical skills in business development, strategy formulation, adaptive and project management, business sustainability, community engagement, human-centered design, capacity development, proposal writing, partnership building and management, grants management, and budget development.

With her solid experience and skills, Angelina has in-depth knowledge and techniques for exploring diverse funding portfolios and streamlining compliance, business, and impact sustainability. She has a track record of prepositioning, bidding, and winning diverse awards from multilateral, Institutional, foundation, corporate, and individual various donors.

She is currently the Business Development Manager at Amref Health Africa  Tanzania, where she leads the Business Development and implementation of the Resource mobilization strategy.
