Ms. Eliminatha Paschal is an experienced Communications Professional and Events Expert with over 15  years of wide-ranging engagement in a diverse market setting. She has worked with various local & International brands and has extensive experience in content creation, branding manifestos, media engagement,  Partnerships,  communications strategy development, and implementation.

With her expansive skills and inventiveness, she demonstrated great success in various event planning & management including resource mobilization & fundraising events, awareness & networking forums, product & service launches, brand visibility, and other social-impact congregations.

She is currently overseeing the country office communication activities with the focus on the whole process including monitoring and  Protecting the brand identity and reputation of this leading African Health organization. She is also taking lead as an advisor on  Partnerships,  public relations, projects specific issues, and other organizations’ Information, Education, and Communications (IECs) materials.

As a leading strategist, she champions all day-to-day projects communications, branding, documentation, visibility, media relation, events, and Partnerships engagement in the execution of donor-funded programs including   USAID, CDC, GLOBAL FUND,  GAC, NORAD, SIDA, UNDP, UNICEF and the like.

Prior to her engagement with Amref Health Africa, She had worked with Airtel Tanzania as the PR & Communication for Foreigners services Bureau,  Later she was contracted by HUAWEI-TZ as a Product Ambassador, and she thereafter joined Tanzania Renewable Energy and Environment Organization as the Communication, Publication & Information Coordinator. She has also worked as a Journalist and Newscaster during her university studies at EATV, Mlimani Radio, and Star TV.
