AFYA THABITI PROJECT 2023-2024 KEY ACHIEVEMENTS

Afya Thabiti is a five-year project funded by the U.S President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), Through the U.S Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in Tanzania, The project is being implemented in Tanzania Mainland (Mara and Simiyu region) and Zanzibar Islands to support the Ministry of Health, Regional and Council Health Management Teams (R/CHMTs) in implementation of comprehensive HIV prevention, care and treatment program. The project is implemented in collaboration with Center for International Health, Education and Biosecurity Tanzania (Ciheb Tanzania), Tanzania Communications and Development Center (TCDC) and Afya Plus.
