Gaspar Jonah has over 9 years’ experience in various Human Resource roles and has worked in different sectors, ranging from Educational, telecommunication industry, and High –Tech Manufacturing predominantly in International Corporate Organizations.

He joined Amref Health-Africa-Tanzania in October 22, 2018, and is responsible for the Human Resources functions.

Prior to joining Amref Health Africa- Tanzania, Gaspar worked with a number of International Organizations on areas like culture change, Organizational Design/Re-designing, change management and among others. He has championed cultural change in Corporate Organization by creating environment which enables ‘trusted teams’ to take accountability for results to shareholders, stakeholders, customer advocacy and community wellbeing.
