Ms Stella Gabriel
Stella Gabriel is Administration Manager with extensive experience of more than fifteen years of working with International Organization.
Experience in Asset Management, Fleet Management, Internal processes controls, coordination of Administration, Procurement and Logistics supporting programmes to meet goals planned, having experience of working in emergency areas and implementing under emergency mode for several time, she managed to meet deadline for projects implemented in emergency response zone and at the same time to comply with Organization Policies.
Before joining Amref she previously served as Country Administration/Procurement Coordinator for Plan International for ten years in different intervals. During working with Plan International despite of other duties Stella managed to introduce a tool to monitor, control and managed fleet for vehicles and generator in the Organization. Before that, Stella used to work as Programmes Administrator for Care International in Mtwara in area of procurement, administration and logistics. Later she promoted to work as Country Administrator for Care International and overseas all Administration issues related to all seven field offices for Care International for five years
