Evaluating the role of the Health Bazaar Initiative on Sexual and Reproductive Health Service Utilization in Ethiopia: A Comparative Analysis of community- based interventions

The study shows that the Health Bazaar, a community-based intervention in Ethiopia, significantly improved access to sexual and reproductive health services compared to routine service delivery. Women in intervention areas had higher use of family planning, antenatal care, institutional delivery, and postnatal care, with stronger upward trends over time. Overall, the findings indicate that the Health Bazaar model is an effective and scalable approach for improving SRH and maternal health service utilization in low-resource settings.
