The effect of lateral flow urine lipoarabinomannan assay online blended training on the utilisation of point-of-care tuberculosis testing in Kajiado, Kiambu, and Machakos Counties, Kenya
Blended CPD training improved healthcare workers’ knowledge and utilisation of LF-LAM point-of-care TB testing across three Kenyan counties, with increased case finding among people living with HIV. The findings support continued mentorship, reliable commodity supply, and integration of LF-LAM into routine TB-HIV services to sustain and scale these gains.
