Women’s postpartum family planning use and intention in Ethiopia: Disparities in the agrarian and pastoral contexts from a community-based cross-sectional study.

Uptake was strongly influenced by antenatal care, women’s autonomy, social support, and equitable gender norms, highlighting the need for culturally tailored interventions that strengthen women’s decision-making and access to family planning services.
