Advancing life course immunization in Ethiopia: A policy imperative for universal health coverage and equity
Ethiopia’s immunization system remains largely focused on childhood, leaving vaccination gaps among adolescents and adults. Institutionalizing life course immunization within routine primary health care could expand equitable access across all ages, strengthen monitoring and communication, and position vaccination as a lifelong component of universal health coverage.
