Mr. Timothy Tirwomwe Basiimamopora, CPA, MMS, DPPM

Mr. Timothy Tirwomwe Basiimamopora is a distinguished member of the Advisory Board of Amref Health Africa in Uganda, bringing a wealth of expertise in finance, management, and policy development to the organization. He holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation and possesses a Master’s in Management Studies (MMS) along with a Diploma in Project Planning and Management (DPPM). His extensive educational background equips him with the skills necessary to address complex health financing challenges and promote effective governance within the health sector.

With over 15 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, Mr. Basiimamopora has held key positions in various organizations, where he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic insight. His previous roles include senior management positions in finance and operations, where he has successfully implemented systems that enhance financial integrity and accountability.

In his role as an Advisory Board member, Mr. Basiimamopora is committed to advancing Amref’s mission to improve health outcomes in Uganda, particularly for marginalized communities. He actively contributes to strategic planning and policy formulation, focusing on innovative financing solutions that support sustainable health initiatives.
