Eng. Aaron Mwiddu Kabirizi is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive expertise in water and environmental management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Makerere University (1984) and a Master’s degree in Water and Waste Engineering from Loughborough University of Technology, UK (1990). With a career spanning over three decades, he retired in April 2019 as the Director of the Directorate of Water Development (DWD) within Uganda’s Ministry of Water and Environment, a position he held since October 2013.
Dr. Daniel Kyabayinze is a seasoned epidemiologist and biostatistician with over 20 years of experience in public health, specializing in tropical disease research, organizational leadership, and health care planning and management. He currently serves as the Director of Health Services for Public Health at the Ministry of Health Uganda, where he oversees the development and implementation of public health policies, coordinates management of epidemiological emergencies, and leads the national COVID-19 vaccination efforts.

Professor. Elizabeth Ekirapa-Kiracho is a Ugandan public health expert specializing in health systems research, maternal health, health financing, and economic evaluation. She holds a PhD in Health Systems Research from Trinity College Dublin, two master’s degrees (Public Health and Health Economics), and a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and Surgery from Makerere University.
