Operation Director
Meketa Aboye has over 35 years of experience in finance, operations management, and systems support across government and non-governmental organizations. He began his career as a chief and senior accountant in government institutions and went on to serve as Finance and Systems Support Manager and Director of Operations and Finance for several international non-governmental organizations.
Over more than three decades in the INGO sector, Meketa has overseen organization-wide operations, led large-scale projects from inception to successful completion, and contributed to sound strategic decision-making. He is known for setting ambitious cross-functional goals aligned with organizational strategy and for integrating functional plans to achieve financial and operational excellence.
Meketa holds a BA in Accounting from Addis Ababa University and an MBA from Newport University, California, USA.
