Program Operation Director
Murida Kemal Mohammed, MBA, is a public health program leader with over twenty years of experience in program operations, health systems strengthening, and donor-funded project management in Ethiopia. She currently serves as Program Implementation Director for Amref Health Africa’s Integrated Health System Strengthening Project, overseeing strategic planning, partnerships, budgeting, and high-performing team management. Murida has held senior roles at Amref, Abt Associates, I-TECH, and The Carter Center, consistently contributing to improved program coordination and organizational capacity development to achieve sustainable health outcomes. She holds an Executive MBA and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Addis Ababa University.
