Sanitation Daily was a five year urban WASH project implemented from 2012 to 2017 in three slum sub-cities of Addis Ababa: Addis Ketema, Kirkos, and Lideta. With financial support from the European Commission, the project aimed to increase access to appropriate, affordable, safe, and sustainable basic sanitation service among vulnerable and needy slum communities.

 

Sanitation Daily project employed a strategy that helped improve sanitation service delivery through enhanced technical and management capacities of local WASH service providers, government authorities, and communities.
